Packaging
A great deal is taken in wrapping and packing your plants so that they arrive in the best condition possible.Ā Please let us know if you have any specific requirements.
Shipping
Unfortunately we do not send plants to Quarantine States.
Please check with your state regulations. If your package is confiscated and destroyed we are unable to assume any responsibilities
We guarantee next business day ship out on Monday to Wednesday to avoid the plant sitting around in post offices on weekends.
Once your package leaves us we have no control of what happens next and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
Please note that product has to be shipped by Express post. Please select express post on checkout. It usually take 1 to 3 days for Metro locations.
